Bob MacKichan concentrates in the area of government real estate representing building owners, real estate developers, property managers and commercial brokers nationwide, in matters relating to federal real estate. He chairs Holland & Knight's GSA Leasing & Federal Real Estate Services Team, providing legal counsel in all aspects of government lease procurement and administration, real estate acquisition and disposition, enhanced use leasing and government construction and administration. As a former general counsel of the U.S. General Services Administration, he is uniquely qualified to assist clients in navigating the myriad of legal and procedural issues involved in government real estate matters, particularly the government's primary landlords, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs.
