Alfred B. Adams III is Executive Partner of the Atlanta office and practices in the area of litigation. As a trial lawyer for over 30 years, he has tried over 100 jury and non-jury trials involving commercial law disputes, product liability cases and a myriad of other types of civil suits, including construction, environmental, joint venture/partnership, toxic tort, class actions, administrative, probate, premises liability and real estate litigation. Mr. Adams has also successfully resolved litigation through alternative dispute resolution in many forums.
He has been on the faculty of Emory University's Trial Techniques Program; a speaker at the State Bar of Georgia Products Liability Institute and Fiduciary Law Institute and has served on the faculty of the Georgia Tech Research Institute, lecturing on various topics on environmental law and litigation.
