Anthony C. Alfonso is in the firm's real estate practice area and focuses on residential community acquisitions and development, as well as general real estate transactions. He is experienced in representing lenders, borrowers and developers in a variety of real estate transactions.
Mr. Alfonso has participated in the acquisition of commercial properties through both net lease and debt financing. He has also worked on transactions involving compilation of loan and property pools by a privately held real estate investment trust and its affiliates, and has supervised the transfer and structuring of net lease commercial properties in connection with securitization of rent streams and debt instruments.
While in law school Mr. Alfonso was a member of the FSU Law Review, where he served as the Administrative Editor. Upon graduation Mr. Alfonso was elected to the Order of the Coif.
