Allison H. Schifini is a member of the firm’s Aviation, Real Estate and China practice groups. She practices in the area of asset-backed finance with expertise in real estate and aircraft. Her experience in aviation includes leveraged and operating leasing, enhanced equipment trust and aircraft mortgaged backed note offerings, as well as corporate aircraft and fractional shares programs. Her experience in real estate includes both residential and commercial transactions and covers leasing, sales, institutional and equity financing, and formation of partnerships and joint venture entities. She also has a specialty negotiating restaurant license and consulting agreements with celebrity chefs such as Wolfgang Puck. Representative clients include The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., Pfizer Inc., Empire State Development Corporation, JetBlue and Jamestown.
Ms. Schifini served from 1997-2005 as the Manager of Corporate Programs at China Institute, a non-profit cultural and educational organization.
