Alan S. Krischer is a partner and practices in the firm’s Real Estate Section in the areas of Land Use and Zoning. He has extensive experience representing property owners throughout the development review process, including approvals of rezonings and comprehensive plan amendments. Mr. Krischer has also assisted numerous developers in the formation of Community Development Districts (CDD's) as well as the creation of the Homestead Educational Facilities Benefit District. He also assists in resolving environmental matters as they relate to the development process.
Mr. Krischer earned his B.A. cum laude from Harvard University in 1991. In 1994, he was awarded a J.D., with honors, from New York University School of Law.
