Amber Marie Goethel practices in the areas of securities and capital markets, corporate governance and franchise law. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Goethel worked as a management consultant.
Ms. Goethel's securities experience includes initial public offerings, mergers, tender offers and exchange offers. As part of her corporate governance practice, Ms. Goethel advises boards of directors and their committees on compliance and governance matters arising out of Securities and Exchange Commission regulations, disclosure, stock exchange rules and corporate laws.
