Alan Y. Naftalin has practiced in the area of telecommunications for more than 50 years. His practice has included matters before and issues and transactions relating to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Federal Communications Act and appeals from orders of the FCC, on behalf of telecommunications carriers and applicants, television and radio broadcasters, a television network, wireless cable licensees and applicants, and substantial users of telecommunications services. His most extensive focus currently has been in the area of wireless communications.
Mr. Naftalin is a voluntary arbitrator for the Attorney-Client Arbitration Board of the District of Columbia Bar.
