Andrew Fiske concentrates his practice in the areas of government representation and land use, providing counsel to Illinois municipalities on the broad range of issues that local governments routinely face, from zoning and regulatory matters, to the application and enforcement of municipal ordinances. Mr. Fiske serves as the municipal attorney for meetings of numerous public bodies, including boards of trustees, planning and historic preservation commissions, and zoning boards of appeal. Mr. Fiske also is an experienced litigator on behalf of municipal clients in both state and federal courts, with particular experience prosecuting ordinance and misdemeanor violations in administrative adjudication hearings and before Illinois circuit courts.
Mr. Fiske has other career experience in commercial litigation, representing publicly-traded companies, closely-held corporations, and private individuals before state and federal trial and appellate courts, administrative bodies, and arbitration panels.
