Adrienne P. Jeffrey , a member of the Private Wealth Services Section, possesses 20 years of practice as an attorney specializing in tax and estate planning.
She joined Cowley & Chidester in 2001. Cowley & Chidester became a part of Holland & Knight LLP on January 1, 2004. She was previously a Vice President of Merrill Lynch where she provided financial and tax consulting services. Prior to Merrill Lynch, she practiced law for 11 years at Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek and was a shareholder of that firm. She has also practiced with the California State Board of Equalization, income and franchise tax division. From 1990 to 2001, she served as adjunct professor of law at the University of San Diego School of Law, LL.M in Taxation Program. In 2007, she served as adjunct professor of law at Seattle University School of Law.
