Anthony Masiello practices in the area of intellectual property, including matters relating to trademarks, copyrights and unfair competition. Mr. Masiello is experienced in prosecution of matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including applications for registration of trademarks and service marks, and opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Masiello served as an attorney for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including a detail to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Mr. Masiello has other career experience in corporate, commercial lending and public finance matters.
