Barbara M. Arco practices in the area of commercial litigation. Ms. Arco has handled various and diverse matters, including real estate litigation, banking law, employment discrimination and benefits disputes, contract disputes, and maritime matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Arco served as a law clerk to The Honorable Alan S. Gold, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Florida for the 1998-1999 term. In that capacity, she prepared numerous memoranda and opinions relative to civil rights, admiralty, trademark infringement, class actions, banking, bankruptcy, constitutional issues, and ERISA, as well as managed a portion of the Chamber's civil case docket.
