Bruce Jay Colan practices in the areas of complex business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and sports. His experience includes planning, structuring, negotiating and implementing mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, corporate and other entities, financings and reorganizations, sports, real estate and international transactions and general corporate counseling.
Mr. Colan is the Chairman of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
