Brian Larkin is a member of the Real Estate practice group in New York.
Brian's practice encompasses most areas of real estate transactions, including real estate development, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions of real property assets, hospitality and hotel development, financing, leasing, structured finance, commercial and residential development as well as sophisticated structured and bank financing of real estate and real estate related assets.
He has represented numerous institutional and individual clients, including banks, developers, contractors, security insurers, hotel operators, REITSs and pooled investment funds. He has handled major acquisition, leasing, sale and financing transactions for clients nationally, and has represented investors, developers and funds in acquisitions and sales of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and residential projects.
