Crystal J. Adkins is the firm's Associate General Counsel and Associate Loss Prevention Counsel. Her current practice is focused on law firm administration and law firm professional responsibility. She is a business lawyer whose practice has been concentrated in the areas of tax-exempt organizations, nonprofit organizations, federal income taxation, and individual and private business.
Ms. Adkins also has advised closely held businesses and their owners in regard to entity structuring and restructuring issues, redemptions and buyouts, like-kind exchanges, and minority business enterprise designation status.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Adkins was a legal assistant for nearly 10 years.
