Christopher Annunziato focuses his practice on the defense of product liability, toxic torts, and other personal injury cases. He has substantial experience defending cases involving asbestos exposure and vehicle accidents. He also has experience defending insurers in bad faith and insurance coverage cases. Mr. Annunziato has represented clients from a wide range of industries including automobile and automotive component manufacturers, appliance and other consumer goods manufacturers, pharmaceutical and computer software companies, insurance companies and mass-transit manufacturers.
Mr. Annunziato has written and spoken on several topics including asbestos and product liability. His pro bono work includes handling cases for the Innocence Project and the Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
