Chelsea Ashbrook is an associate in Holland & Knight’s Chicago office and practices general commercial litigation.
Ms. Ashbrook focuses her practice on resolving general business disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and shareholder rights issues. Ms. Ashbrook also has experience representing clients in a variety of other areas, including real estate disputes, zoning matters, probate litigation, personal injury defense and healthcare regulatory concerns. Ms. Ashbrook has represented clients in multiple phases of litigation at the trial and appellate levels.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Ashbrook clerked for The Honorable Richard L. Young in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Ms. Ashbrook also interned for The Honorable David R. Herndon in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois while in law school.
Ms. Ashbrook is an active volunteer in the domestic violence community. Ms. Ashbrook serves on the board of the Chicago Metropolitan Battered Women’s Network. She also coordinates Holland & Knight’s participation in providing pro bono legal services to victims of domestic violence at the Cook County Domestic Violence Courthouse.
