Colin P. Smith practices in the area of product liability, general tort and commercial litigation. Mr. Smith has represented various clients as both trial counsel and national or regional coordinating counsel throughout the United States. He also has extensively counseled clients in loss prevention and litigation management issues across a broad spectrum of issues.
Mr. Smith serves as the Illinois co-editor of both the Product Liability Desk Reference (Aspen) and Business Torts: A Fifty State Guide (Aspen).
