Christine Freund is an associate in the Litigation Section and a member of the firm’s national Labor & Employment and Education Practice Groups.
Ms. Freund counsels employers on compliance with state and federal statutes, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
Ms. Freund also advises clients on a broad range of other employment issues such as non-competition and confidentiality agreements, wage and hour compliance, and wrongful termination claims.
