Daniel Acosta is a Senior Counsel in the Chicago office of Holland & Knight where he concentrates his practice in the area of real estate acquisition, disposition and financing transactions.
Mr. Acosta has represented several of the nation’s largest real estate investment trusts and other institutional investors. He has also represented owners of residential apartment buildings, office buildings, parking facilities, industrial warehouses, power plants, shopping centers and hotels in all aspects of ownership, acquisition, disposition and financing.
