David R. Brand is an associate in Holland & Knight's New York Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on litigation of commercial claims involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud. Mr. Brand also has experience in intellectual property litigation and in handling legal issues for nonprofit organizations. He also participates in pro bono matters involving, immigration, and tenants rights, as well as family law issues.
Prior to law school, Mr. Brand worked at a sponsorship, sports, and events-marketing agency.
