David A. Jones practices in the area of complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. His practice includes commercial mortgage foreclosures and workouts, defense of lender liability actions, commercial and asset-based loan defaults and workouts including replevin actions, as well as bond and other public financing default litigation and workouts.
Mr. Jones represents individuals and business entities in breach of contract actions, large collection cases and enforcement of non-compete agreements. He has substantial experience in business tort litigation involving interference with business relationships, unlawful disclosure of trade secrets, fraud, the Uniform Commercial Code and boundary disputes. Mr. Jones also has significant experience representing local governments in civil rights, constitutional and statutory challenges to the validity of local zoning codes.
