D. Casey Flaherty is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in Holland & Knight's Los Angeles office. His practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation, including class actions, shareholder disputes, and product liability. Mr. Flaherty also focuses on the utilization of legal technology to increase efficiency and provide superior client service.
During law school, Mr. Flaherty spent a semester in Hong Kong concentrating on Chinese commercial law. As an undergrad, he was recognized as the top graduate in Asian-Pacific Studies. Mr. Flaherty lived in Beijing, China for more than two years during and after college, developing both his Mandarin language skills and cultural acumen.
