Danica Kubick practices in the Real Estate Section in the Washington, D.C., office of Holland & Knight and is a member of the firm’s GSA Leasing & Federal Real Estate Services Team and Global Hospitality, Resort and Timeshare Team. Ms. Kubick's practice focuses on federal leasing transactions. She represents commercial property owners and managers with respect to federal leases and other federal property issues. Ms. Kubick’s practice also includes resort development and finance, representing resort developers, owners and operators in structuring and documenting condominium, fractional share, timeshare, mixed-use and hotel development projects.
Ms. Kubick is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional (LEED® AP) and has specialized knowledge regarding the LEED building certification process and other green building practices.
Ms. Kubick also has experience in representing lenders, financial institutions and borrowers in the areas of acquisition, development, construction and receivables financing as well as the securitization of receivables.
While attending The George Washington University Law School, Ms. Kubick worked for three years as a law clerk in the Timeshare and Resort Communities Practice Group at Holland & Knight.
