In the area of institutional finance, Mr. Darbut routinely represents the various types of institutions now providing the sources for such financing. These include banks, insurance companies, and credit companies. He concentrates in asset-based and balance sheet financings, both at their inception, renewal, and restructuring.
In the area of consumer finance, he provides counseling to a variety of banks, mortgage lenders and credit companies regarding the Florida Consumer Protection Laws, Mortgage Brokerage Act, and the federal truth-in-lending laws.
