Daniel K. Hampton is a member of the Litigation Department and the firm's Intellectual Property and Appellate Groups. Mr. Hampton concentrates his practice in intellectual property litigation and licensing, and has litigated a wide variety of intellectual property and other business disputes in federal and state trial and appeals courts. His trial court litigation includes substantial experience with patent, trademark, and copyright infringement cases in federal courts across the country, as well as having successfully handled a wide variety of complex commercial disputes. His appellate litigation encompasses a broad range of substantive areas, including First Amendment, fiduciary duty, landlord-tenant and bankruptcy law.
Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Mr. Hampton served for two years as a clerk for the Honorable Joseph A. DiClerico, Jr., of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
