David H. Mann is a senior public affairs advisor in the Public Policy & Regulation Group at Holland & Knight.
Mr. Mann's practice is dedicated to the areas of clean technology, energy and environmental policy, and transportation as well as federal funding and appropriations. His practice includes representing technology developers, venture capital portfolio companies, environmental organizations, trade associations, and large industrial and power companies. Mr. Mann works extensively with Congress, federal agencies including the Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency, and third parties to advance client solutions and projects.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a consultant with Energy Investment Advisors where he provided consulting services on renewable and alternative energy policy. He has policy, government, and industry relations experience and has worked on energy and climate change legislation for Technology Transition Corporation, the National Hydrogen Association, and the Alliance to Save Energy.
Mr. Mann was previously an associate producer for a weekly radio news program in Pennsylvania.
