Diane N. Rallis is an Associate in the firm's Corporate Restructuring, Insolvency and Creditors' Rights Group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of bankruptcy and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on representing debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, and creditors' committees in chapter 11 cases, adversary proceedings, and other bankruptcy-related matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rallis served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joan N. Feeney, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit, and the Honorable Mark W. Vaughn, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire.
