Deborah Tyler Haddad is a partner in the Chicago office of Holland & Knight. Ms. Haddad concentrates her practice in commercial real estate with an emphasis on the acquisition, development, construction, financing, joint venture structuring, leasing, and disposition of property. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Lennar and General Counsel of Concord Homes. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Chicago District Council of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the ULI Preservation Compact Committee. During her tenure at Concord Homes and Lennar, Deborah was involved in all legal aspects of the development of over 80 residential and/or mixed use communities including 10 mid-rise/high-rise residential condominium buildings in the Chicagoland area.

Ms. Haddad's extensive civic service in the City of Lake Forest has included the following:
