Elizabeth R. Burkhard is a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group, and focuses her practice in the areas of patent and trademark prosecution, electronic commerce and intellectual property licensing and litigation. She has worked on patent prosecution matters involving ceramic engineering products and processes, mechanical devices, medical devices, software, and consumer devices. She has also worked on licensing agreements and transactions, including end user licenses, distribution agreements and development agreements.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Burkhard was a legal intern at DEKA Research & Development and the New Hampshire Attorney Discipline Office.
