Frances Gail Faigenblat focuses her practice in the area of corporate law. She represents foreign and domestic clients in acquisitions, joint ventures and distribution relationships in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. Her understanding of the common law and civil law systems provides her with a unique perspective and a distinctive ability to advise clients on cross-border transactions. As her representation of clients has expanded internationally, she has developed contacts with local counsel throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
Ms. Faigenblat received formal education in the common law and civil law systems while attending Tulane Law School. She is a native of Puerto Rico and has an in-depth understanding of the business culture in the United States and Latin America.
