Frank Keldermans is a partner with Holland & Knight LLP and practices in the firm's Financial Services Group with an emphasis on lending, workouts, receiverships, foreclosures, and the purchase and sale of loan portfolios. He has significant experience representing lenders with respect to commercial and real estate finance transactions. Mr. Keldermans represents lenders with respect to complex foreclosure proceedings involving all real estate asset classes, including mixed-use condominium regimes, for sale housing developments, retail centers, warehouse and storage facilities, apartment projects and land ventures. He has significant experience with mortgage foreclosure receiverships and related issues. Mr. Keldermans represents clients in the purchase and sale of mortgage loan portfolios. He also represents clients that provide credit facilities to buyers of distressed loans. In addition, he advises clients on real estate acquisitions, sales and finance.
