Gustavo A. Bravo practices in the areas of commercial litigation, product liability, construction and insurance litigation. Mr. Bravo routinely represents individuals and companies in complex civil litigation cases, particularly matters involving pharmaceutical products, multi-district litigation issues, class action disputes, insurance bad faith actions and business torts.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Bravo practiced in the Product Liability and Toxic Torts group with another Florida firm.
Mr. Bravo devotes a great deal of his time to pro bono service, and recently represented torture survivors and relatives of civilians murdered by Honduran military forces in the early 1980s in a successful federal action against a Honduran colonel. Additionally, Mr. Bravo regularly volunteers in the community.
He was a three-year captain of the Nova Southeastern University's Men's Soccer Team and an All-American.
