George J. Gregores represents individuals and closely-held businesses. He advises and represents clients on corporate, business, real estate, financing and commercial litigation matters. He also advises businesses and individuals with regard to the operation and management of their business, including mergers, acquisitions and divestiture opportunities.
Before entering private practice in 1978, George was a Staff Attorney with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in the Los Angeles Regional Office from 1973-75 and the San Francisco Regional Office from 1975-1978.
