Grant McCorkhill's
recent experience includes the structuring, negotiation and documentation for the redevelopment and conversion of an office building on Michigan Avenue in Chicago into a hotel, including negotiation of the construction loan, TIF funding, Historic Tax Credit sale financing, as well as joint venture documentation; the negotiation, acquisition and leasing of a major new multipurpose development on vacant land on the near south side of Chicago; the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of numerous shopping centers in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio and Arizona; the negotiation of a $50 million construction loan on behalf of a Chicago bank; and the negotiation and documentation of several ESOP loans for on behalf of several Chicago area banks.
