Hart Passman is an Associate in the Chicago office of Holland & Knight. He practices in the area of land use and local government, primarily representing municipalities. His experience includes the drafting and negotiation of zoning ordinance regulations, zoning variations, special use permits, planned unit developments, annexation agreements, and development agreements, as well as consultation on a variety of code enforcement, licensing and regulatory affairs.
Prior to entering law school, Mr. Passman served as legislative aide to Illinois State Representative Sara Feigenholtz in her Chicago office. While in law school, he was a member of both the Northwestern University Law Review and the National Moot Court Team.
