Hank Jackson is a trial attorney. He concentrates in business litigation and products liability. He previously headed the litigation department in the West Palm Beach office.
Mr. Jackson has represented businesses involved in the areas of medical (hospitals, physicians, therapists, and suppliers), real estate, agriculture, insurance, telecommunications, accounting, and manufacturing. Mr. Jackson's cases often concern a wide variety of claims, including breach of contract, interference with business relationships, fraud, negligence, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair trade practices, and breach of fiduciary duty.
He has extensive experience in lawsuits involving noncompetition restrictions and trade secret claims arising out of the sale of businesses and employment relationships. Mr. Jackson also has extensive experience handling disputes between partners or members in different legal entities such as partnerships, professional associations, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies, including physician groups, real estate investors, and law firms. Additionally, Mr. Jackson has undertaken representations concerning breach of real estate contracts, as well as breach of fiduciary duties in the administration of trusts and estates.
In the area of products liability, Mr. Jackson has represented manufacturers of medical, electronic and transportation products. These representations have included mass tort claims and multi-district litigation.
During law school, Mr. Jackson was Assistant Editor of the Law Journal, and President of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity. He has been both a speaker and author of articles regarding non-competition and trade secret litigation.
