Holly Keyser Ghelfi

Holly Ghelfi practices in the areas of corporate and securities law. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance matters and securities regulation compliance. She also has experience in the real estate industry, which includes commercial development, acquisitions and dispositions, and retail and office leasings. Prior to becoming an attorney Ms. Ghelfi worked in information technology and financial advisory services at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

In the community, Ms. Ghelfi is a legal advocate for Community Action Stops Abuse (CASA) and volunteers on behalf of Bay Area Legal Services to assist victims of domestic violence with petitioning the court for injunctions as part of the Domestic Violence Assistance Project.

While in law school, Ms. Ghelfi interned for the Honorable Judge Mary Scriven, Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida and with the United States Attorney for the Middle District of Florida in the Appellate Division. She served as an editor of the Stetson Law Review and as a board member of Stetson's Moot Court Board. She graduated from the Stetson Honors Program and received Book Awards in Research and Writing II, Criminal Law, Federal Taxation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
