Irma Salgado Grondin, an associate with Holland & Knight’s Financial Services group, is a transactional attorney practicing in the areas of financing, banking, international, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions law. Ms. Salgado Grondin focuses her practice on the representation of domestic and foreign entities in various transactions and regulatory matters in the United States and abroad. She has extensive experience in the financing area and represents lenders and borrowing groups on various types of lending transactions. Ms. Salgado Grondin has experience in general corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers, as well as stock and asset acquisitions. She regularly negotiates transactions and drafts documentation in the Spanish language.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight LLP, Ms. Salgado Grondin worked as an auditor for Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Ms. Salgado Grondin is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) in the State of Illinois.
