John Alexander Fanciullo is an associate in the firm's Business Law Department, concentrating his practice in the areas of syndication and partnership law, and low-income housing tax credits. Mr. Fanciullo has experience representing developers, institutional investors and syndicators in the debt and equity financing of real estate developments utilizing low-income housing tax credits and historic rehabilitation tax credits.
