Jeffrey A. Arouh practices in the areas of corporate and commercial transactions (including mergers and acquisitions), corporate and employee relocation, real estate, real estate settlement services (including real estate brokerage, mortgage lending, mortgage brokerage, title insurance) and related regulatory and licensing compliance requirements. He is experienced in each of these disciplines and in advising businesses, both large and small.

His experience includes corporate acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, consolidations, joint ventures and affiliated businesses, relocation management services, home purchase, home sale, home finding and related programs, affinity marketing, mortgage lending and brokerage, real estate sales and purchases and lending (secured and unsecured). He assists in structuring business relationships and strategic alliances and auditing them for regulatory compliance - both structurally and operationally.

Mr. Arouh is involved in a number of relocation industry related activities. He regularly speaks at real estate and relocation forums and events and regularly writes for real estate and relocation publications.
