Janet Wagner Jelen practices in the areas of real estate lending, commercial lending, bond financing, securitized lending, and commercial real estate transactions. She represents commercial banks, institutional lenders, insurance companies and other lenders in various financing transactions including:
- loans to owners and operators of long term care facilities
- loans for various commercial and industrial projects
- loans to developers for acquisitions, single family home developments, townhome and condominium projects, mixed use developments and other real estate projects
- loans to finance wind turbine construction and boat acquisitions
Ms. Jelen has also represented municipalities, corporate entities and individuals in matters including real estate acquisitions, dispositions, construction, conversion projects, medical office buildings, commercial and home builder loans and commercial real estate leasing and financing matters.
