Jill Casey Chessen practices in the area of Syndication law in Holland & Knight LLP's Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Chessen has experience in all aspects of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, military housing privatization, tax-exempt finance, various HUD programs and limited partnership law. She represents developers, syndicators, lenders, State Housing Credit Agencies and investors in Housing Credit, 236 decoupling and military privatization transactions.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Chessen was Counsel at Hawkins, Delafield & Wood, LLP. Ms. Chessen is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, the State of California and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, District of Columbia Bar and Women in Housing and Finance. Ms. Chessen received her B.S. from Northwestern University in 1989 and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992.
