John T. Collins is a member of the Private Wealth Services Section and concentrates his practice in trusts and estates law.
Mr. Collins also has extensive experience in transportation matters, including railroad regulatory issues, bankruptcies, operating agreements and construction controversies, serving as special counsel to the railroad and transportation departments of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and as counsel to several local and national carriers.
Mr. Collins is active in local business and civic affairs. He has led seminars and lectured extensively on estate planning matters for the Boston College Estate Planning Council.
