Jonathan E. Anderman is an associate in Holland & Knight's Boston office. He is a member of the firm's national Healthcare & Life Sciences Team, Compliance Services Team and the Corporate M&A group. He advises clients in various sectors on healthcare regulatory matters, on fraud, abuse, and compliance matters, and on corporate transactional matters. Mr. Anderman has experience assisting clients, particularly pharmacies and pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, in internal investigations and in matters before state and federal regulatory and law enforcement authorities. He also assists in a variety of corporate and contractual transactions for healthcare and life sciences companies, including mergers and acquisitions, product development and supply, licensing, joint ventures, and various other services transactions.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Anderman is an author and co-editor of the PLI Corporate Compliance Answer Book. While in law school, Mr. Anderman founded Boston University's chapter of the Student Hurricane Network, a national association of law students dedicated to providing long-term assistance to communities affected by Hurricane Katrina, and he led multiple trips of law students to New Orleans to complete post-Katrina pro bono legal work. He also has extensive international volunteer experience, most frequently working with medical clinics in Honduras.
