Joshua E. Husbands, a member of the Private Wealth Services Section, represents clients in an array of business, tax, business succession and estate planning matters, including business reorganizations, acquisitions, and divestitures. He often writes and speaks on a number of business, tax, life insurance, and asset protection matters concerning businesses and high net-worth individuals.
Mr. Husbands is the local office liaison for the Oregon Campaign for Equal Justice, and is the coordinator for the Portland office's Opening Doors For Children program. He will teach an Advanced Estate Planning Seminar at Lewis & Clark Law School as a member of the adjunct faculty beginning in the spring of 2009.
