Jennifer L. Griffin is a member of the Private Wealth Services group. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, taxation, probate litigation, trust litigation, beneficiary litigation and fiduciary liability including the representation of trustees, personal representatives and other fiduciaries. She has also been involved with the representation of a broad range of charitable foundations and other 501(c)(3) organizations. Prior to entering the practice of law, she was employed by a then “Big Five” accounting firm as a technical writer for its tax compliance software division, which was created specifically for Fortune 500 companies. She served as a team leader for the Estate and Trust income tax return division.

Ms. Griffin co-authored Chapter 1 - "Important Preliminary Administration Issues" of the treatise Practice Under the Florida Probate Code published by the Florida Bar, and has spoken at several events regarding trust and estate issues.

Ms. Griffin serves on Holland & Knight's Local Diversity Committee for the Tampa office. While in law school, she was selected as a Teaching Fellow and as a Judicial Intern in Hillsborough County.
