Jennivere L. Kenlon is an associate in the Real Estate section of Holland & Knight's New York office. Her practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, and sale of hotels, office buildings, industrial space and mixed-use developments. Ms. Kenlon also represents both lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate financing and refinancing transactions.
While in law school, Ms. Kenlon was a staff member and associate editor of the Fordham International Law Journal, and also participated as a member of the Fordham Moot Court Jessup Bench Team, which competes on international law topics. Ms. Kenlon was a finalist in Fordham's Mulligan Moot Court Competition.
