Jennifer P. Hall practices in the real estate section of the Jacksonville office of Holland & Knight where she advises builders and developers in organizing and operating condominiums, homeowners associations and master associations. Ms. Hall has experience in preparing condominium, condominium conversion, single family, townhome, mixed-use and master association covenants and other documents. She has also advised clients on issues relating to land sales registration processes at both the federal and state levels and has prepared HUD registration documentation and documents relating to registration requirements in various states such as California, Illinois and Virginia. She also has experience in the area of commercial sales and acquisitions of real property. Ms. Hall has other career experience in the areas of toxic tort law and product liability litigation.
Her representation of developers with respect to condominium, single family and multi-family housing projects and developments covers the geographic scope of Florida and includes the following:
- Stokes & Company, a significant developer in the southeastern United States of residential, mixed-use projects and commercial business parks. Ms. Hall has prepared the development documents for Lexington Park.
- Pulte Home Corporation, a large national builder with condominium, multi-family and single-family projects in Florida. We have prepared the development documents for The Seasons at Kensington Condominium, Overlook at Baymeadows Condominium, The Seasons at Mill Cove Condominium, Horizons at Stonebridge Village Condominium, Vistas at Stonebridge Village Condominium, Point Meadows Place Condominium, Drayton Park, Brightwater, Edgewater at Deercreek, Oxford Chase, Clifton Village, Cypress Bay Cove, Wolf Creek, Campfield, Ironwood , Sweetwater by Del Webb, Hawthorn at Bartram Park, Twinleaf at Bartram Park and Arrowood at Bartram Park.
- Beazer Homes Corp., a large national builder with condominium, multi-family and single family projects in Florida. We have prepared the development documents for Stonefield at Bartram Park, Emerald Preserve, Sumerlin, Deerwood Place Condominium and Cambridge at Oakleaf Plantation.
- Towne of Seahaven, Inc., the developer of a mixed-use development known as the Towne of Seahaven being developed in Panama City Beach, Florida. The Towne of Seahaven is a planned 52-acre pedestrian-friendly beachside village which will include mixed-use condominiums, retail, restaurants, shopping, a condo-hotel and a convention center. We have prepared the association and development documents for Towne of Seahaven and Origin at Seahaven Condominium.
- St. Andrews Land Company II, LLC, the developer of a residential development known as Sanctuary Beach, including Cascadas at Sanctuary Beach Condominium. Sanctuary Beach is a 43-acre resort-style residential community being developed in Panama City Beach that will offer a private beachfront retreat along St. Andrews Bay. Inspired by the nature that has been preserved throughout the property for over a century, Sanctuary Beach will feature single-family home sites and custom homes with an elite list of world-class amenities.
