James E.L. Seay practices in the area of commercial real estate law, with particular emphasis on the representation of developers of commercial, mixed-use and residential projects, and acquisition and disposition of income-producing properties. Mr. Seay's broad experience includes multistate financings of real estate projects, tax deferred exchanges, sale and purchase of agricultural property; acquisition, financings, and sale of restaurants; and acquisition, financings, and sale of office and industrial properties, residential subdivisions, apartment complexes, and shopping centers.
Mr. Seay is a member of the Directors Committee for the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Seay served as a member of the Judge Advocate Division of the United States Marine Corps.
