Joshua S. Miller is a member of the Private Wealth Services Group in the firm's Boston office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and gift planning, estate and trust administration, and probate litigation. Mr. Miller's practice includes the preparation of sophisticated estate plans for individual clients that minimize federal and state estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, advising clients on trust and estate administration matters, as well as researching related tax and fiduciary issues on behalf of individual clients.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Miller was a probate associate at a law firm, where he assisted clients with all aspects of trust and estate administration and probate litigation as well as advised corporate and professional fiduciaries with respect to trust administration matters. Mr. Miller was a law clerk for the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court.
While in law school, Mr. Miller was the Chief Managing Editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review.
